All peptides and products sold here are supplied strictly for laboratory and scientific research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, and we do not provide dosing, handling, or usage instructions.

Orders are dispatched the next business day (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed before our daily cut-off ship the following working day; orders placed on Sundays or bank holidays ship on the next working day.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. International orders are sent by Evri tracked standard delivery, with times that vary by destination. Every order is fully tracked.

Delivery options and their costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your destination and the contents of your order.

Yes. International orders are sent by Evri tracked standard delivery. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the items may lawfully be imported into the destination country and for any customs duties or import charges that may apply.

As soon as your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number and link. If you have an account, you can also view your order status under your account.

Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. For safety and product-integrity reasons we can't accept opened vials, items with broken or tampered seals, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery. Email shop@dev.buyreta.co.uk with your order number to start a return, and please wait for us to confirm the return address before sending anything back.

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days and email you when it has been processed. Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns the buyer covers return postage; where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover it.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any postage you paid.

We can only reship a package if it is returned to sender. If you notice the mistake in time, contact your local post office or carrier to reroute the package or set up forwarding to the correct address.

Only the peptide vials you ordered are included. No additional supplies are provided.
