I don't know how to use a product, can you help?+
Our peptides and products are for scientific research use only. Handling instructions are not included or provided.
Do you accept returns?+
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we will resolve any issues with your order promptly.
Do you issue refunds?+
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by our customer service team. Provide the following info when asking about a refund: -Order number -Issue with order (including pictures)
What if my package is missing products or contains the wrong items?+
Contact us, and we will promptly reship the correct items free of charge.
What if I accidentally ship to the wrong address?+
We can only reship your package if it is returned to sender in this case. We recommend contacting your local post office to reroute the package or set up forwarding on the address you sent it to.
What if my product shows up damaged?+
Contact us with your order number, a clear picture of the damage, and a description. We will arrange reshipment of the damaged product.
What is included in my order?+
Only the peptide vials are included in your order. No additional supplies are provided.
