Your right to return
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. This protects the integrity and safety of research materials for all customers.
Items that cannot be returned
For safety and product-integrity reasons we cannot accept:
- Opened vials, or items with broken or tampered seals;
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery;
- Items not in their original, undamaged packaging with all labels intact.
This does not affect your statutory rights where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described — see below.
How to start a return
Email shop@dev.buyreta.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll confirm the return and the address to send to. Please do not send items back before you've heard from us.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns the buyer is responsible for return postage, and we recommend a tracked service — we can't refund items that don't reach us. Where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the cost of return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. We'll email you when the refund has been processed. Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any postage you paid.
