All products sold on BUYRETA are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development use only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, not medicines, and not dietary supplements, and no claim is made as to their suitability for any other purpose. By placing an order you confirm you are a qualified researcher or institution purchasing for lawful research purposes, and that you are at least 18 years old.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example where an item is mispriced, out of stock, or where we cannot satisfy ourselves the order is for a permitted research use. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.

Prices are shown on the product pages in the store currency and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment partners; we never see or store full card details. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm payment.

Because our products are sold for research use only, the buyer is solely responsible for handling, storage, and use in compliance with all applicable laws and good laboratory practice. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the products other than as expressly described. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
