Dispatch times
Handling time: 1 business day. Orders are dispatched the next business day (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed before our daily cut-off ship the following working day; orders placed on Sundays or bank holidays ship on the next working day.
UK delivery
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Transit time: 1–2 business daysafter dispatch. Every order is fully tracked and you'll receive a tracking link by email when it leaves us.
International delivery
International orders are sent by Evri tracked standard delivery. Delivery times vary by destination; tracking is provided for every shipment. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the items may lawfully be imported into the destination country and for any customs duties or import charges that may apply.
Shipping costs
Delivery options and their costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your destination and the contents of your order.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched we email a tracking number and link. If you have an account you can also view order status under your account.
Problems with delivery
